








Chetan Raghav Kottidi
Born and raised in the pearl city, Ragav enjoyed biryani and haleem among other things. Upon leaving for Chennai for higher studies, he discovered a world beyond chicken and mutton, in the form of idli sambhar and vada dosa. During this culinary tour of the world, he found himself making friends and memories along the way. As he traveled, it was not only his appetite which grew, but also his interest and longing for his motherland. He developed a keen sense of politics, history, and economics, all with a concentration upon the Indian subcontinent. His conquests in the culinary world reappeared upon his arrival in Philadelphia, a city known for its specialty in Cheese Steaks. All jokes aside, Ragav’s ambition proves to be inspiring, and intimidating, it is this quality, paired with his great determination which has brought him around the world.
